1. Do you find a home school support group beneficial for your family?
2. If so, what aspects of a support group do you find most helpful? (ex. meetings, activities, field trips, women's support, training opportunities, etc.)
3. If meetings are helpful, how often? (ex. once a month, quarterly, etc.)
4. What type of setting for meetings is most helpful? (ex. teaching, equipping, informing, home groups, open discussions, etc.)
5. Would home school mentorship be helpful? (ex. having someone you could be accountable to and get feedback from) If so, any suggestions? Is there someone in particular that you feel your family would connect with that you could grow in your journey of home schooling together?
6. If you're interested in field trips, how often and what type?
7. Would some type of mom's support be helpful? (ex. mom's breakfast, etc.) If so, how often and what specially would help you?
8. Are training sessions for your children beneficial? (ex. Spanish, Sign Lanugage, Art, etc.) If so, any suggestions and how often?
9. Are you interested in more community involvement? (ex. community drama, nursing home trips, helping local officials, etc.)
10. Finally, what role are you willing to play in a support group? (ex. commit to attend meetings, be mentioned to be a mentor, teach a class to kids, make a calendar or newsletter, etc.)
